Getting started
What is Raven Quay?
A free-to-play social casino for adults in the UK: 24 original games — reels, classics, quick games and tables — played for feathers, a play currency that is free and has no value outside the site.
Can I play without an account?
Yes. Every game opens in demo mode with 20,000 practice credits. Progress is not saved in demo mode, and reloading the page starts you again from 20,000.
Who can join?
Adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. We ask for your date of birth and where you live when you join.
Is there an app?
No. Raven Quay runs in your web browser on phones, tablets and computers. There is nothing to download or install.
Accounts and signing in
Where is my account kept?
In the browser where you created it. There is no account server, which means we never hold your password, and also that an account does not follow you to another device or browser.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the recovery code you saved when you joined on the reset page. We cannot send a reset email because we do not keep your account on a server.
Why is signing in paused?
After five wrong attempts we pause signing in on that device for ten minutes to protect the account.
Can I change my crew name or password?
Yes, in My cabin → Settings.
Feathers
How do I get feathers?
You get 25,000 welcome feathers when you join, feathers for each new level, free feathers in the Lamp Room, and a refill on the house in your cabin if you run low.
Can I buy feathers?
No. There is no shop, no checkout and no in-app purchases anywhere on Raven Quay.
Can feathers be exchanged for anything?
No. Feathers have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn, and they are not prizes.
Games
How are results decided?
By your browser's cryptographic random number generator, the moment you press the main button. Each round is independent. The How the games work page has the detail.
What do Calm, Steady, Lively and Wild mean?
They describe how a game tends to feel — frequent small returns, or quieter spells with larger moments. They do not predict the next round.
Is there autoplay or a turbo button?
No. Every round, bonus spins included, starts with a press. We think that keeps play deliberate.
Reminders and breaks
How do play reminders work?
Choose 15, 30 or 60 minutes in your cabin. When that much time has passed in one visit, the game pauses with a summary of your session and options to carry on, take a break or sign out.
How do I take a break?
In My cabin → Play limits. Choose 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. You are signed out and cannot sign in until the break ends.

Privacy and data
What data do you keep about me?
Your account and play data stay in your browser. Our server only sees normal web requests and anything you send through the contact form. The Privacy notice explains it all.
How do I delete my account?
In My cabin → Your data. You can download a copy first.
