Player care
Responsible play
Raven Quay is a free social casino for adults, for entertainment only. Nobody can spend money here — but the games still look and feel like casino games, so we take the same care about how and how much people play.
Only for adults
Raven Quay is for people aged 18 and over in the United Kingdom. We ask every visitor to confirm their age, ask for a date of birth when someone joins, and refuse anyone under 18. If you think a child is using an account, please tell us; you can also delete the account from that browser in My cabin.
Tools in your cabin
- Play reminders every 15, 30 or 60 minutes pause the game with your session so far: rounds, feathers played and feathers back.
- Take a break locks your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. It cannot be ended early.
- Your history shows your last 50 rounds in plain numbers.
- Delete your account at any time, after downloading your data if you want it.
How we design the games
There is no autoplay, no turbo, no countdown and no reward that expires. Losses are never dressed up as wins, the Lamp Room never shows what you “nearly” had, and there are no feeds of other players' results. Feathers cannot be bought, so there is never a reason to spend money to keep playing.
Social casino and real-money gambling
Doing well in a social casino game does not imply future success at real-money gambling. Real-money games are run for profit, carry real losses and work very differently from a free game where the currency has no value. If Raven Quay ever makes you want to gamble for money, that is a good moment to pause.
Signs it might be time for a break
- Playing for longer than you meant to, or to escape worries or low mood.
- Feeling irritable or restless when you are not playing.
- Thinking about gambling for real money to “win back” something.
- Hiding how much time you spend gambling from people close to you.
